What happens now?

Now that we’ve received your Scheme ID, your claim handler will look to confirm these are correct.

Once confirmed, you will receive a further update on your  claim.

What If They're Wrong

If the Scheme ID does not match s portal, we will send you an email advising the details provided have failed and request that they are updated.

It is important that these details are correct as this may cause delay to your claim.
